History	WJDM first went on the air on March 11, 1970 with a music format; its owner was John Quinn and partners. The station later adopted a multi-ethnic format, and began to run the "Radio Aahs" children`s format on 2/1/96. The Children`s Broadcasting Corporation later purchased the station. The sale by Children`s Broadcasting Corp. to Radio Unica was completed 1/14/99. While owned by Radio Unica, WJDM was operated by Quinn Communications under a Local Marketing Agreement and featured a Spanish language religious format. In October, 2003, Radio Unica announced that it was selling its radio stations to Multicultural Broadcasting. The license for WJDM was transfered to Multicultural Broadcasting on 12/4/04.
